Aircon Systems (India) is developing an IT/ITES Complex 'Anthurium' at Sector-73, Noida in Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
The project will entail an investment of Rs 200 crore and spread over 20,002 sq mtr of land. It comprises Block A of two-level basement+G+13 floors, Block B of two-level basement+G+13 floors and Block C of two-level basement + G + three floors.
In October 2018, work on the project was commenced. In December 2018, Aircon Systems (India) received environment clearance (EC). In April 2019, excavation work was underway.
slab work on the project is in progress with completion scheduled for December 2023.
